Tony Zirkle is thinking outside the box. I have to give him that. Rep. Chocola’s primary opponent wants to penalize deadbeat dads who don’t pay their child support by sending them to guard the border against illegal aliens. I’m not sure whether he has taken a position on what should be done when an illegal alien fails to pay child support.
