Is it safe to assume that the existing legislation regarding *length* of blade is still in effect? It is a little hard to say that a blade that springs into position is so much worse than one that folds out. It’s just faster but that would translate to people who are using it as a tool as well. It’s a little hard to see the “tool” use of a ballistic knife (admittedly, I didn’t know there *was* such a thing).
